We start off with an iron decontamination wash and clay bar treatment procedure. This removes dirt, impurities and atmospheric fallout from your vehicles paint.
Then your vehicle goes through a single round of paint correction. This removes minor defects and enhances the gloss and clarity of the car's paintwork. Defects such as wash marring and light scratches need to be corrected prior to the application of the ceramic coating. The better the paint is prepared directly affects the final outcome of the coating's appearance and longevity. More severe paint defects often require a second, more intensive round of paint correction to achieve a desired finish. We will always discuss the best option for your vehicle.
Once your paint has been properly corrected, we polish your vehicle one final time with a product designed to promote maximum adhesion of the ceramic coating. This also will enhance the gloss and clarity of the ceramic coating.
Now the paint is ready for the ceramic coating. The Si02 Quartz based coating bonds with your paint, on a molecular level. The application process takes several hours per layer. Our Premier Ceramic Coating Service includes one layer of ceramic coating, providing your car with up to 2 years or more, of protection.
Our last step in the coating process is the application of a sealant that protects the ceramic coating as it bonds with the paint.
