Cancellation notice:


We request a minimum of 2 days (48 hour) advance notice for any appointment cancellation, failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee.


Cancellation fee:


If you fail to provide the required notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee EQUAL TO 20% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE will be charged. The cancellation fee will be processed using the payment method used during your online booking.


Rescheduling:


If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours (1 day) notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.


No-shows:


If you fail to communicate prior to your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show,” a cancellation fee EQUAL TO 20% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE will be charged. The cancellation fee will be processed using the payment method used during your online booking.


Other circumstances:


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.


Communication:


To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the booking confirmation email and or text message.


We recommend that you obtain a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling from our team to ensure proper record-keeping.
